Indeed. Which OS version is getting installed? Here are the versions  
that the updater should look for in 8.2 and 8.2.1:

To prevent updating from these locations you could remove the  
update_url line in the installed bundle.

Simplest would be to re-install the bundle with mpeg support.

No. You need two things: the MPEGPlugin, and the mime_type declaration  
in activity.info.
