[Etoys] Etoys downloads are out of date

Etoys 3.0 is the current released version.

The dev image does not have updates loaded, as stated on

http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Etoys#For_Developers

Etoys 4.0 is the license-clean version, but for developers only for  
now, available at vpri.org .
