[Etoys] Commit from Pootle to Etoys

This seems the first push to Etoys by Pootle user:

But something went wrong:

Do you have any idea why the Pootle transaction tried to create that
file and failed?
(In your commit in
http://lists.laptop.org/pipermail/etoys-notify/2008-January/000284.html,
same files were mentioned but no error)
