Takashi Yamamiya's ODECo might be interestring to you.
It is easy to use dynamic simulation toolkit for squeak/Etoys based on
ODE ( http://www.ode.org./ ) .
It was once ported to early version of OLPC Etoys, though I haven't
tried it with recent build.

Installation on XO is tricky so it would be convenient to try
all-in-one download package the annoucement pointed.
