I think I'm now clear about this but I'm not sure that current
documentation or the user interface makes the meaning of this totally
apparent. I say this in part because of the way that the AllTool morph
interacts with copied and sibling scripts - in particular, the scenario
where AllTools is probably best brought into the picture only after all
copies or siblings have been made - rather than during or before the
copy/sibling process.
