[Etoys] Make object halo icons appear on mouse over, after some time delay.

Hello.
Have you tried to enable MouseOverHalo (and MagicHalo if
you like) preference?
That works as you described (unfortunately only for
sketches).

I noticed the preference is disabled in default settings
of latest etoys.image while that is enabled in classic
squeakland image.

Developers: have you decided that settings for FRS?
