[Etoys] Switching to 2.2 stream

I think Scott suggested switching to a 2.2 stream to be able to  
continue working, while 2.1 will be the "stable" version (in case we  
need to put any more updates into it for trial-3). I just created  
that "etoys2.2" stream, and also published a first update.

To switch your image to the new version do "SystemVersion setVersion"  
and enter "etoys2.2". Then load updates, you should get update 1665.
