 E.g., open a !SoundRecorder from the Supplies flap, choose "help" from the
 menu button. The flap will have a very narrow scrollbar.

 So, the preference #scrollBarsNarrow needs to be unset. Also, prevent it
 from being automatically re-enabled as opening the help flap does - the
 culprit is
 !StandardScriptingSystem>>openInfoFlapWithLabel:helpContents:edge:
