As long as "etoys" is the bug owner, the etoys list will get copies.  
So please, of you change the owner from etoys to someone else, add  
"etoys" in the Cc: field.

Would be nicer if Trac would always CC the etoys list but apparently  
it can't, which is why we put in that "etoys" owner hack.
