 When you drag a object to left side of the sugar frame, the mouse
 cursor don't change. But when you reach the edge of the screen, it
 changes to "+" and you can drop into the sugar frame.

 The mouse should be changed soon when it comes on the frame.

 I think this is because the mouse focus is captured with the Squeak's
 window, and no way to know about other window. To solve this, the
 focus have to be changed from Squeak from Root in certain timing. It
 is a bit complicated...
