Comment:

 A gotcha is that the name is used for the file name as well.  On Sugar and
 to save into Journal, the temporary file name can be just the same (or
 some base part plus processid or such).  On a non-Sugar environment, we
 should cleanse the name (and not change the file name behind the scene.)

 I have a change set that doesn't handle that case, and doesn't give a nice
 name for a newly created project.  I'll clean it up tomorrow.
