 Starting with build 573 Etoys saves the current project to the Journal
 when you press the quit button. This is indicated by the toolbar
 "flashing" and then a faint yellow grid overlay, and takes some seconds.
 Is it possible you missed the grid? We definitely should make the feedback
 more obvious ...
