[Etoys] New version

I made new RPMs, should be in next good Joyride build after 192:

   * new translation framework, now .mo based
   * better support for drag and drop of sound files
   * new Sound Library tool
   * various fixes

   * fix freeze in drag and drop
   * add analog input support
   * fix cursor keys

New builds are announced on the olpc developer's list, and here:

Upgrading an XO to a joyride build should be as simple as typing

	olpc-update joyride-190

provided it is networked. This is much faster than the old download- 
and-flash-to-USB method (which still works) because it only downloads  
changes, not a full build.
