[Etoys] DrGeoII for OLPC

Hi Hilaire --

I was just at OLPC yesterday and Walter Bender showed me Dr. Geo and 
its movies on his XO. All seemed to work fine. (Walter really likes Dr Geo!)

The movies were in OG format and were streamed from the classroom 
server. This seems like a very good route for quick useful 
documentations and demos for XO users around the world.
