[Etoys] accents

Hello;

With etoys-dev-2.0-1390 version:

>From desktop menu.../open.../file...
*.png, *.mid or *.mp3 files with accents (spanish names ussualy) are not
loaded;

With drag and drop this problem is only with *.mp3 ones.
