[Etoys] Build 537

[Yoshiki Ohshima]

  Bert and Abe san,

  I pushed a change set to etoys 2.0 stream.  But these buttons are
now ******* uglier than before.  I'm now tempting to revert them to
the previous versions, including the stop button...
