[Etoys] some updates

  Hello,

  Now, B2 machines will be arriving to the developers any day now, but
the development of course continues.

  We made a change to our update stream; the latest change sets
resides on a different server (tinlizzie.org), and the image now uses
WebDAV protocol to access them.  You can simply choose "load code
updates" twice and will automatically get the latest updates.

  Nonetheless, I uploaded a pre-loaded image to the usual place:

Please try it and let us know what you think.  The OLPC guys are
planning to make a "stable" software release this week, so it would be
really helpful if we can fix some simple problems.
