Looks like we pretty much came up with the same estimate. We use
Accujen18 which is 22 pixels high plus 2 pixels of leading.
We might still want to look around for other free large bitmap fonts.
In color mode on the actual display, the difference between a bitmap
font and an antialiased font is negligible. We want to use bitmap
fonts for speed.
