[Etoys] remedy for lingering cursors and halos

Hi, all,

Hopefully recent etoys/olpc 2.0 updates have reduced the incidence of  
unwanted halos and cursors hanging around on the screen after a  
playback of an event-recorded sequence.

But in case you encounter such artifacts, they can be annoyingly  
difficult to get rid of, so it's useful to know that when you do a  
"restore display" (found in the world menu,) or, equivalently, type  
cmd-r when the desktop has keyboard focus, all halos and all cursors  
associated with "replay hands" are eliminated.
