 Say you copy a string to the Sugar clipboard.  From the open menu on the
 item, you can select Etoys.  It comes to #resumeJournalEntry: and creates
 a SugarDatastoreTempFile, but there is no file around for clipboard.

   If it is from clipboard, we  would create a stream with content fetched
 from clipboard with proper mime types.
