 For apps using libintl the location for MOs is locale/NN/LC_MESSAGES,
 but for etoys it is different right now: lang/NN/LC_MESSAGE.

 (When I wrote prototype of gettext emulation, the convention is same as
 libintrl, but it had been changed during merging to main line.  I don't
 know rationale for the change)

 Revert our convention to keep consistency would be better for people.

 If we avoid the change, documentaion specific to etoys would be needed.


 Change at this time might too late though...
