 Turns out to be a simple problem: "locale" directory missing after cs1953

 After renaming directory "lang" into "locale" -> GetText Translation comes
 back.
 Please adapt the zip-Files on http://etoys.laptop.org/src
 Haven't checked if there are further difficulties through later cs
