Yes, it has.<br>

It's a userdebug build which means If you use adb shell, su is still
available to gain root privilege.<br>

But because it's a standard "su" come from AOSP project. It only
allow process raise privilege if <br>
it has shell or system uid.<br>

If someone can port a customized cyanogenmod "su" to this build. It
can have full root access <br>
for all the applications I guess.<br>
