<p class=MsoNormal>The independent evaluator wants to extract and analyse
journal data. The schools do not have servers yet so there is no data there, it
needs to be done by pulling the data off a representative sample of XOs and
then being able to analyse it with spreadsheet or database tools.<o:p></o:p></p>
