What the adobe announcement includes other than removing restrictions on using the specs and protocols is the ability (apparently) to distribute "adobe flash player for devices" and "adobe AIR for devices" for free. Since the flash player is a lightweight implementation that incorporates codecs, the question I have, is whether this permits the XO to incorporate this lightweight flash player compatible with content available on the net in the base build?
