</blockquote></div><br>The four-fingered salute is pressing the four corners of the keyboard (the (X), the square, the end/right arrow and the FN key simultaneously. You can press them in any order, but the FN must be last. This tells the mousepad to recalibrate itself, which can be useful when you move the XO from different surfaces and the pointer beings awkwardly jumpy.
