[ANNOUNCE] FatDogARM beta1

This is to announce the FatDogARM beta-1, a desktop-style OS for ARM machines, for the XO-4 and XO-1.75.

In contrast to the alpha versions, beta versions are a complete rebuild and are optimized for ARMv7 with vfp3-d16. Thus will run equally well on both the XO-4 and the XO-1.75.
The OS is customized for the XOs and all laptop functions (touchscreen, keys, rotation, power management etc) are fully supported by the 270MB system. 
Development tools are now provided in  a separate optional 120MB module (devx-beta1.sfs).

FatDogARM can be installed in any external USB or SDcard, or in the internal XO card in parallel [4] to Fedora/Sugar.
