I'm using the latest software and firmware version but works in Browser and browser-based apps (mail clients, news-readers etc) as well as Gallery and Adobe Acrobat.  Skype is the only one that does not respond but I'm not sure if it should
Maybe is a hardware difference. I have SHC31100017
