Announcing Q4D23 for XO-1.75

This release contains:

- a fix for secure booting of operating system builds where the
  initramfs file has a size not divisible by 4, see #12107, #12284,

- hardware support for another source of memory parts now being used
  in production,

- CForth fixes; treat DEL as backspace #12021, pullup pin 141 for SD
  write protect sensing #12051, remove need to manually init memory
  when interacting early,

It has been tested briefly with 13.1.0 build 14.
