how to default to TOUCHPAD_MODE_PENTABLET?

i think you can also set the initial default with a module
parameter.  something like this:
    options psmouse hgpk_mode=pentablet
in /etc/modprobe.conf  (or in some file under /etc/modprobe.d).
i don't have an XO-1 handy to try this with, i'm afraid.
