Announcing Q4D21 for XO-1.75

This release contains:

- support for ISO 9660 images on non-optical drives,

- support for a new fs-load command, the inverse of fs-save, reads an
  image file from external media and writes the blocks to internal
  storage,

- a fix for failure to boot Linux on 512 MB systems.

Test reports are encouraged.
