Announcing Q3C02 for XO-1.5

A development release of OpenFirmware for XO-1.5, containing the
following fixes:

- keyboard test exit market misplaced when using menu, #11651,
- test-all failed after real-time clock test, #11653,
- test-all failed after missing external SD test, #11652,
- support for new SETi image sensor,

- FAT32 filesystem compatibility fix,
- fs-update and fs-verify refinements,
- null-fsdisk works again,
- terminal emulator fixes,
- avoid black text on black background on Linux console or xterm,
