A new 13.1.0 development build is available.

Changes:

Measure v44 (#12398)
- Mic boost fixes on XO-1.75 (SL#4288)
- Sine wave mode fixed (SL#4254)

XO-4 now has HDMI support in Linux (#12350). Other kernel fixes:
- Various wakeup sources work better (keyboard, mouse)
- Fixed 8787 wifi suspend/resume

XO-4 firmware Q7B09 fixes enable-security (#12392)

1.8v UHS-I SD cards now work on XO-4 (#12385)
