Video (panned fast) goes for a toss

Hi,

When I use the XO to shoot a video and pan it really fast, from one side to
another, the rest of the video, after the pan, goes for a toss!

Is this a known issue ? I do not think I have read this behaviour
documented as a known issue or have I missed something in the usage?
