Getting an XO connected to WLAN from commandline

Have you connected to the AP at least once through Sugar? I thought you
were trying to get an XO that's usually used with Sugar to connect to
the AP. If you're setting it up from scratch, your full set of steps is
still required. You may be interested in upstream tickets #645318 [1]
(marked as dupe), #682056 [2].
