11.3.1 build 13 released for XO-1.75

Hi,

I tested it a bit and found:

- same drawing cursor bug as Gary
- pendrive did not automount (did echo >
/etc/powerd/flags/inhibit-suspend as Gonzalo suggested, reboot, and
then it work, among with the cursor)
- open, then close Fototoon activity, gives write error.  Log attached.
