Perhaps not quite as high but I think it will still get high enough to 
cause the LCD damage.  I often discharge batteries by leaving a bank of 
machines at OFW running watch-battery.  Once I was using a bank of XO-1s 
and tried to save floor space by leaving the laptops closed and placing 
them up against the wall.  The not exactly like they would be in a rack 
but very similar.  When I returned the laptops in the middle were very 
hot.  So hot I almost could not handle them.
