[PATCH olpc-os-builder 09/14] sd_card_image: clean up calculations, rely on dmsetup + kpartx

Embarrassingly, an off-by-one error already present in the previous code
plus a typo somehow made it through my testing several weeks ago when I
originally wrote the patch. Will send an updated one after more careful
testing.
