Strange build problem OOB 1.3.0 (+ patches) on F11

Hi Daniel,

I am investigating a strange build problem with OOB. Log attached.

 - OOB + the patches I propose for 1.3.1

 - We are not running out of disk: df -h shows plenty of disk available, no
separate /tmp or /var/tmp

 - It bails out with the same error on our olpc-os-10.1.3-xo1.ini -- Juan is
using a file with minimal changes from that (a different activity group URL)

 - The log shows that the make_iso codepath seems to be triggered, and it
bombs out. make_iso is not enabled and should default to disabled.

Interesting log section:

Have you seen anything like this? Suggestions?
