Yes it did. After the update I have 199MB
Actually I'm using a little script [1] to remove things (I think) are not needed from the F14 builds. So after boot was 137MB and after I run the script again went back to 199MB.
The bonus point is that even with a build that had 55MB worth of compressed data removed the update worked, so it may even work from 10.1.3 builds (maybe with some additional space)
