Testing sprase file support for 10.1.3

ctrl v will not paste image to Write, no error logged, paste from tool  
bar works ok but does log a warning "got plain filename ... in  

Think I have seen this before in other OS images

image in clipboard was sourced from Browse using right mouse copy image
