dracut-modules-olpc deps on F13

Hi Peter,

I am trying to get dracut-modules-olpc built for F-13, and some of the
deps are MIA. I assume that resolving this will also help us on the
F14 track... perhaps you can help me.

The only missing dep right now is busybox, which held blocked by
uClibc-static -- I didn't dig deeper.
