Keyboard maps... fun!

Some recent conversations led to discovering a few interesting things
in 10.1.3 (and most a likely 10.1.x series):

 - some units have KL set to en -
   not really a distro issue, but needs a workaround

 - olpc-configure: keyboard workaround for #9126 triggers on HS machines
   http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10715

 - olpc2 keyboard variant missing (maybe others too)
   http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10714

So I'm working on xkeyboard-config and olpc-utils revisions.
