[BULK] XO 1.5 blackscreen

A related issue, I have a 1.0 that now intermittently does not boot. It may be vibration sensitive. It hangs with I think the mic light on, black screen and no sound (of course it is booting OK now and I cannot confirm). Repeated attempts and it will boot. When it gets past this point its then OK but it might have crashed when bumped. I have a theory that its not getting enough volts during the initial power on surge due to a bad connection but that might be rubbish. The nand developed heaps of bad blocks about the same time.

Any suggestions gratefully received
