olpc-powerd-34 and olpc-utils unfortunately disagree on the path to
the new olpc-hwinfo command, rendering powerd non-functional.  i've
rev'd powerd, it's now version 35.  (i also added the ethtool
dependency.)

it's in ~pgf/public_rpms, so it should be picked up in the next build.

i looked at merging in more of the fedora specfile to the version i
build from in git, but most of the differences seem to be upstart vs. 
systemd.  perhaps i'm looking in the wrong place.
