Skype on XO 1.5

Thanks Peter and Sameer

I was wrong to attribute the lag on Skype on Sugar 0.88 installed with
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Skype
to the installation, it works fine, it was internet lag

tried yum localinstall skype-2.2.0.35-fedora.i586.rpm on 11.3.0 OS2
but it fails:
"cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml)"
