XO-1.5 Q3A65 released

G'day,

I've released Q3A65, which completes support for sparse .zd files,
decreasing fs-update time.  This will affect future builds once my
patches to olpc-os-builder have been merged.

Existing builds can be made sparse if required:

Sparse .zd files work on Q3A62, Q3A63 and Q3A65.  On Q3A64 there is a
warning at the end of fs-update that can be ignored.
