xkeyboard-config map for olpcm -- upstream discussion

What is the current status of this effort? While it looks like the work is
completed for most XO keyboard styles, the patch for the mechanical/HS
keyboards ( https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34738 ) currently
is in a NEEDINFO state, and work on the Fulah keyboard (Freedesktop bug
#35813) might still be ongoing.

I have started a page http://wiki.laptop.org/go/11.2.0/Keyboard_Testing to
cover testing the upstream integration. If you have an XO with an
internationalized keyboard and a similar keyboard for a non-XO computer, I
would especially appreciate if you could install the current 11.2.0
development build, look at the test steps currently suggested, and note your
results in the table near the bottom.
