XO-1.5 Q3A64 released

G'day,

I've released Q3A64, which compared to the previous stable Q3A62
includes the following [1] [2]:

- active maximum power point tracking for solar panel charging, on
  XO-1.5 D5 and D6,

- integrated bat-recover tool,

- device tree adjustments for RTC and DCON,

- a few SDHCI and USB changes, such as a fix for hot plug behind a hub,

- fs-update can now properly handle .zd files that write MBR as last
  step.
