11.2.0 feature milestone ending, April 18th

These plans are likely to change -- F14 on XO-1.75 looks very
reachable, so it looks like we'll integrate 11.1.x and 11.2.x and sync
the plans for a RTM.

So at least we'll delay M3 a bit. This will give Activities and Sugar
a bit more time.

Later this week we'll be in better shape to discuss exactly how we
rework the schdule.
